Who we are
Inifye Agentic AI ("Inifye", "we", "us") is a digital operations company that builds agentic AI systems for businesses. Contact: hello@inifye.tech.
What we collect
- Contact & lead forms. When you submit a form (Value Scan request, contact, tool inputs) we store the name, email, company, role, and any details you provide.
- Tool inputs. Information you enter into our self-serve tools (readiness scan, ROI calculator, etc.) is stored so we can return your results and improve the tools.
- Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics service. It records aggregate page views and referrers. It does not set cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal data.
- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) kept short-term for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver requested materials.
- To run and improve our tools and content.
- To send transactional emails directly related to your submission (e.g. confirming receipt).
- We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored on managed Lovable Cloud infrastructure (built on Supabase). Access is restricted to the Inifye team and protected by row-level security.
Retention
Contact and lead data is retained for as long as the customer relationship is active, plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting purposes. Anonymous analytics is retained indefinitely.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@inifye.tech. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or applicable law evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date.
